Ray White is a long term client with surprise and delight at the heart of every new location

The Mill team have worked with Ray White Group across multiple locations and love that the results of the collaboration never fail to surprise and delight. For the new Ray White Tuggeranong space, the brief centred around creating an exciting collaborative workspace. Additional functions not available in their previous office included recreational areas to keep the team engaged and motivated about their days, and an auction room that allows dynamic and state of the art sales events to happen in house.

The Ray White Group have always been at the forefront of modern workplace design ideas, and have gone above and beyond to both attract and support their team. The office is set up with high use work spaces like a media and podcast studio, and an impressive reception space with accessible meeting rooms. The space also encompasses those much needed auxiliary needs like a space for kids to play, a gym space for the adults to unwind and other recreational areas that allow the team to celebrate their work and champion each other’s achievements.

The final result is a highly anticipated, lively space where both the team and visitors alike get a whole new real estate experience.
